Good News From The Future

Which leg are we on? is an exciting collaboration between over-60s physical theatre group Good News From The Future and Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama composition graduate Sam Barnes.

Expect an unpredictable, free-wheeling performance combining all the distinctive energies Good News From The Future performers bring and a live soundtrack by Sam.

The performers in Good News From The Future have got to know each other in ways companies and ensembles rarely do. Meeting every month over a number of years they have come to know, trust and care for each other’s physicality and relish creating funny, moving, demanding, intimate and surprising patterns of choreographic activity.

Happy in their own skins and free from any constraints on how they might appear, their maturity brings a whole new set of delights.

Good News From The Future includes past members of Brith Gof, Cardiff Laboratory Theatre, The Magdalena Project, Made in Wales, Man Act and Theatr Iolo. It is convened by Mike Pearson.
