Making dance films: Training opportunity for Wales based practitioners

As part of our digital collaboration with Festival Duo Solo Danse in Senegal we have a limited number of places available on a free online training Lab running from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 October 2021.

The Lab will be held over Zoom. Core hours of 11am to 1.45pm BST each day (11.00 to 13.45).

No special equipment needed as the Lab will explore what you can achieve with a mobile phone.

The Lab is being led by Marisa Hayes and Franck Boulègue of the Festival International de Vidéo Danse de Bourgogne. Other participants will include dancers and choreographers from Senegal and Sub Saharan Africa.

Working languages: English and French.

If you are interested please email chris@dance.wales.

When you email please:

— Confirm your availability for the three days
— Attach either a CV/biography or a short audio/video profile
— Let us know if you have any access requirements.

Supported by the British Council as part of its Go Digital: Sub Saharan Africa/ Wales programme
